On Thursday 5th February our Director of Support, Karen, is attended the Specialised Healthcare Alliance (SHCA) quarterly meeting in Millbank House on the Parliamentary Estate.
Dr Graham Shortland, Vice Chair of the National Screening Committee, discussed newborn and child screening. He focused on discussing his involvement in new UK-wide newborn blood spot screening programmes, as well as the future of newborn screening in the UK.
