New Covid Rules being introduced in England
The government has announced new covid rules for England which are going to be introduced to help stop the spread of the Omicron variant.
These include mandatory face coverings for most indoor venues from Friday 10th December and working from home if you can from Monday 13th December.

Covid Booster and Third Dose of Vaccine for Vulnerable
Remember to protect yourself against covid by getting your covid booster when you’re eligible and if in the vulnerable population your third dose of the vaccine.
You can book your vaccine or see which group they are currently vaccinating by visiting the NHS website: Book or manage a coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination – NHS (www.nhs.uk)
And a reminder that if you are eligible for the flu jab, and have not yet had it, please contact your GP surgery.

UK’s most vulnerable people to receive life-saving COVID-19 treatments in the community
The Department of Health and Social Care have announced that antiviral and antibody treatments are available to those with underlying health conditions or who are particularly at risk from Covid following a positive PCR test from 16th December.

NHS Covid Pass
The government have introduced a NHS Covid Pass which lets you share your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination records or test COVID-19 status. This may be needed for travelling abroad and at some venues and settings in England.
