ALD Life at the Endocrine Academy 2019
ALD Life staff went to Birmingham this month for the Endocrine Academy 2019 – including the Clinical Update and Endocrine Nurse Update and met endocrinologists and nurses from across the UK and around the world, and spoke to them about the connection between Addison’s Disease and ALD.
The stand was a great success, and staff spoke to many interested doctors and nurses to raise awareness of our organisation and how we can help their patients. Many of you will know how important it is for men with idiopathic Addison’s Disease to be tested for ALD, and we are keen to make sure this testing happens in all appropriate cases.
